NeoConsult provide MVNO/MVNE-Systems, Number Portability Systems and M2M Platforms, including Subscriber Sign-up, Provisioning, Rating, Billing, Resource Management, Reporting, Self Service and Customer Care.

Our solutions are designed to meet the needs of both small companies and larger enterprises that have strict demands on their performance, scalability, redundancy, security, audit trails and complex CRM domain models.
Our innovative solutions, along with our in-depth Telecom knowledge has enabled us to deliver solutions to some of the largest European network operators such as SFR and Tele2, as well as mission critical national installations like the Danish Operators Clearing House (OCH), a central reference Number Portability database.
NeoConsult and Number Portability (NP)
Throughout the years we have been deeply involved in Number Portability (NP). In fact, some of our engineers participated in designing and building the central database oriented client-server solution utilized in Denmark for more than 10 years. Since NP’s inception in Denmark, we have enabled network operators NP-wise, using our strong product line as underlying building blocks. In 2008, with aid from our partners, we continued this project by launching a turnkey NP client. We are now shifting our focus to delivering complete central NP solutions internationally.

In NeoConsult we have a very strong focus on formalized delivery, change management, release management, and deployment management.

We have chosen IPMA and Prince2 as our foundations, - Prince2 being the method recommended by the Danish Government.
